Moencopi Day School is a grant school currently providing services for Hopi, Navajo, San Carlos Apache, Akimel O'odham and non-native students residing within the Moenkopi, Tuba City, and Coal Mine communities.

Enrollment FAQs

  Required Documents For Enrollment
  • Birth Certificate
  • Certificate of Indian Blood w/ blood quantum
  • Current Immunization Record
  • Affidavit of Guardianship (if applicable)

Student will be officially enrolled when a full completed enrollment    packet and all required documents have been received.

Entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age on/before September 1st.

Applications can be dropped off at the front office or emailed to the school Registrar at enrollment@moencopi.k12.az.us.
