Moencopi Day School serves students from our local community and surrounding areas, welcoming Hopi, Navajo, San Carlos Apache, Akimel O'odham, and non-native families. Our school is located to serve students within Moenkopi and Tuba City, as well as those living within 20 miles of our campus. - Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Indian Blood w/ blood quantum
- Current Immunization Record
- Affidavit of Guardianship (if applicable)
Student will be officially enrolled when a full completed enrollment packet and all required documents have been received.
Entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age on/before September 1st.
Applications can be dropped off at the front office or emailed to the school Registrar at enrollment@moencopi.k12.az.us.
